Within a decade, the firm grew to 600 seats, 310+ agents, and partnerships with India's largest telecom and insurance companies. This foundation of excellence in execution was the first step toward a larger transformation.
In 2017, recognizing India's immense sanitation crisis, he founded SMB Plus Solutions LLP and invested in aerobic bio-toilet technology. The technology was novel but unproven. He spent years validating it, gaining approvals from the Ministry of Science & Technology, and deploying it at scale.
