Founder & CEO, Sandeep Banerjee, leads SMBPLUS Solutions and SMB Plus Solutions LLP, driving innovation in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Aerobic Bio-Toilet Technology with strategic vision and operational excellence.
A Management graduate in Finance, with advanced specialization in Organisational Excellence from IIM Calcutta, and a nationally recognized Six Sigma Champion, he combines strong academic credentials with over two decades of leadership experience in India’s telecom industry. Naval Tiwari
Naval Tiwari is a seasoned strategic and commercial leader with over 25 years of experience across Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, FinTech, EdTech and Hospitality.
He is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Avival Impex Reporting, which he has been instrumental in building and scaling since 2017.
Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Emtel Mauritius, Airtel Africa and Tata Teleservices, driving business growth, customer experience and operational excellence across domestic and international markets.
At Airtel Africa, he contributed to market leadership in four of five countries under his responsibility, while at Tata Teleservices, he secured 40 major Government and private-sector accounts.
